Room is clean and facilities are good. I stayed here for two nights. House keeping staff forgot to put clean towels after 1st night. Receptionist was a bit rude and unwelcoming.
I have stayed here many times. Great location and near the U-bahn and near to amenities and restaurants. Love the green styled modern rooms. However breakfast is not cheap here. No cons, great stop on our stay in Berlin. I am not this kind of person to complain or to whrite comment. But this time is necessary. The personal at the reception dont even look at you for your checkin. Then when you nicely ask if there is any channel TV in english or if there any double bed room, their answer are "NO" without nothing else.
